Download Instructions

1. After checkout click on "Return to Merchant" you will be redirected to the pdf file.

2. Click the Download button (top right of the file) and save the file to your download folder or folder of choice.

3. If you wish to have a print out of the pdf click on the printer icon next to the download button.
